We have been a successful business since '04 starting in a garage. Now we are in a 7,200 square foot steel building in the country. I have a 4 axis CNC horizontal boring mill and large CNC lathes. I also have a jib hoist for loading larger parts. Being small we found our niche by being innovated, and changing our goals. We take great pride in providing great, fast service. Along with our maching services of all metals, we can weld, and assemble. We also provide extras like heat treating, finishes, sand blasting and painting.

Since I do manufacture some of my own tooling, I can keep my equipment full, with sharp ready to be used tooling, pre-calibrated to the equipment. For example, my Omni mill with its 60 tool changer, has every tap drill, and tap for every common thread size both metric and SAE. It is always ready to be programed into my part at a moment's notice. Think of all the time and money you can save on setups!

Cost of the tooling is also lower then other commercially availabe collet holders, but equal in value. I have saved myself, over 20 percent on just tooling costs in my own shop.
